Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your purchase is complete, and a second notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow 7–15 business days for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any circumstances outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@modeonfield.shop.

Possible Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including high order volumes, carrier delays, customs processing for international shipments, and weather or other unforeseen events. MODEONFIELD is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs agencies. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. MODEONFIELD is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at support@modeonfield.shop. We will do our best to update your address if the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it.
