Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Any item that has been used, inflated beyond inspection, or is missing original tags or packaging may not be accepted for return.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team by email at support@modeonfield.shop. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions on how to send your item back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your item. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@modeonfield.shop with your order number and a photo of the item. We will cover all return shipping costs and send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional charge to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that have been used, inflated for play, or show signs of wear
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at support@modeonfield.shop. If you would like a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase for a refund and placing a new order.
